George Schuttler
Principal
George Schuttler has over 15 years of experience in complex, high-stakes environments spanning federal government, public-sector operations, and enterprise program management. His work includes leading initiatives across a $4.5B portfolio, designing governance and planning frameworks, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders under regulatory and operational constraints.
In parallel, he has extensive operational and governance experience in public safety environments. He served for over ten years as a firefighter and EMT, including time supporting departmental finance and apparatus planning, and contributing to the development of a county-level unmanned aerial systems (sUAS) program. He has also served as a search-and-rescue pilot with the US Civil Air Patrol, operating within coordinated, mission-driven response structures.
George has also worked within the U.S. House of Representatives, supporting policy analysis, funding decisions, and stakeholder coordination across government and industry.
His experience includes leading internal organizational restructuring efforts, improving decision-making efficiency and reducing operational friction in environments where leadership, governance, and execution must align under real-world constraints. George has a passion for situations where existing structures are not producing clear outcomes, working to clarify decision ownership, define risk, and establish a path forward that leadership can act on with confidence.
